A Regular Hue Lunchtime Girl

Today we had another delicious and relaxing lunch at Thim Lac and Chu Nghien's home. Thim Lac is one of the wonderful people who works hard teaching kids physics in the mornings and afternoons but still manages the time to prepare lunch for the five or six of us every day. Today at lunch we asked Chu Nghien (Su Phu Hue Hoc) about places to set up a cooking class. He recommended the Y Thao Garden, a fantastic sort of garden restaurant here in the old city. We stopped by and talked with the proprietor after lunch and she's going to take on some of the students with cooking lessons. After lunch, Scuppy saw me using a toothpick and requested a try. I was surprised to seeshe got the hold of it in about five seconds. A real nha que like her Dad I guess. O Tra is Chu Nghien's younger sister and she's seated in the back. Not only does Thim Lac make fantastic yogurt, teach physics, and feed us, she also takes great care of O Tra.
